Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website (www.wearcx.com) is operated by OMNIXCO LTD (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
2. What we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us through a form on this site:
- your email address;
- anything you type into the form, such as a message, names or other details.
When a form is submitted we also receive the page it was sent from and the country the request came from. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your message or request.
- To send you the updates you asked for, if you signed up for news or releases.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
Our legal bases are your consent (which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the site. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them and Google receives your IP address. Links to other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Videos and audio from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Vimeo or Spotify are not loaded until you press play. When you do, that service’s player loads from its own servers and may set cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy. Preview images for YouTube videos are loaded from YouTube’s servers, which receive your IP address.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site, who process information on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site and delivers form submissions to us by email. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address in order to serve pages;
- our email provider, where form submissions are received and stored.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and for up to 24 months afterwards. If you signed up for updates, we keep your email address until you ask us to remove it. Technical logs of failed form submissions are deleted automatically after 14 days.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, to withdraw your consent, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, or to stop receiving updates, contact us using the form on the WearCX home page.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
8. Children
The forms on this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
